London, Barnes, Wetlands
A family garden set within the Wetlands Estate of Barnes. An estate which has flourishing wildlife due to the natural habitat & extensive common ground planting. A property recently redeveloped.
Garden project:
A planting design with a focus upon evergreen form & structure, to dress the property providing greater balance & to integrate the house more fully with the outdoor space. An emphasis upon creating `mini-compositions` to be viewed from interior & exterior aspects. Classical plant form & structure, such as clipped box domes, Camellia specimens, blossom tree, mature standard trees. A limited colour palette of white & pink flowers. Haddonstone elements to dress the House & Garden. Subtle Lighting to gently highlight the property & plant structure.
A gently sculpted & soft space to relax & entertain within. And of course where the young boys will play football “carefully”!
